RFP-2017-04 – Insurance Assessment Consultant

The County of Lanark and two of its constituent municipalities require the services of a consultant to prepare a risk assessment and request for proposals for insurance for the County of Lanark and the Townships of Lanark Highlands and Tay Valley.
The project will be divided into three steps.
- The collection of up to date underwriting information and to formulate a Request for Proposals (RFP) for insurance (not medical/dental, life insurance).
- Request for Proposals Process – Issue RFP(s), respond to bidders questions during proposal process, issue addendums if required, review and analyse submissions and obtain clarification where necessary.
- Evaluation of the bidders in consultation with County/Township staff and the creation of a fully developed rationale for a recommendation to Councils.
