RFP-2017-02 – Home for Good Funding Program
County of Lanark

The County of Lanark is seeking proposals from proponents wishing to apply for Home for Good Funding. Home for Good is a homelessness-focused program , which will provide housing assistance and support services to people within the following four provincial priority homelessness areas:
- Chronic homelessness
- Youth homelessness
- Indigenous homelessness
- Homelessness following transitions from provincially-funded institutions and service systems (e.g. hospitals and prisons)
There is both operating and capital funding available. Home for Good program guidelines are provided in an attached document.
Successful proposal(s) will be forwarded to Lanark County Council for review and approval. Final approval is required from the Ministry of Housing.
