The County of Renfrew is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to Complete the Municipal Class EA and Preliminary Design for The Rehabilitation of County Road 1 (River Road) – Sand Point.
PWC-2017-14 – MUNICIPAL CLASS EA AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE REHABILITATION OF COUNTY ROAD 1 (RIVER ROAD) – SAND POINT, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF McNAB/BRAESIDE
The County of Renfrew has identified the rehabilitation of County Road 1 (River Road) from Toner Road to Mast Road in the geographic Township of McNab as a priority project in the County Asset Management Plan. The County of Renfrew will require the services of a qualified engineering consultant to assist with this rehabilitation project. The services required will include various investigations, stakeholder consultation, planning, design and project implementation activities to meet the requirements of the Municipal Class EA. It is anticipated that this project will be categorized as a Schedule A+ or Schedule B project depending on the nature and extent of the rehabilitation/reconstruction required.
Consultants wishing to provide these services are invited to submit a detailed proposal for this project. Submission requirements and the detailed terms of reference may be obtained by contacting the undersigned.
Submissions must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 23, 2017 in the office of the Director of Public Works & Engineering at the address below.
