The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for Design and Contract Administration services required for:
Townline Lift Station
- Pump replacement, soft start controls, necessary piping and capacity upgrades with respect to inlet channels and bar screen system conversion to grinder; new sewage pump and motor have been pre-ordered by the City
MacKay Lift Station
- Replacement of the bar screen system with a grinder, installation of a confined space entry system with respect to the wet wells and bar screen area, replacement of heating system and replacement of exterior doors

Sealed proposals, clearly marked to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m. local time on Wednesday October 4, 2017. Faxed submissions are not acceptable.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
