The Town of Bancroft is requesting proposals for the design and construction of a “Public Works Facility”. The scope of work will involve the design, engineer approved where required, and construction of a public works facility.
Proposals will be received at the Town of Bancroft, Municipal Office, 8 Hastings Heritage Way, Bancroft, Ontario until 2:00 p.m. local time, October 27th, 2017. All proposals must be submitted in two separate envelopes each of which shall contain the company’s name and return address on the outside of the envelope as follows:
- A sealed envelope clearly marked “Public Works Facility Design Build TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” containing all technical information submitted for evaluation under this RFP excluding all costs and/or pricing information.
- A sealed envelope clearly marked “Public Works Facility Design Build PRICE PROPOSAL” containing all costs and pricing information submitted for evaluation under this RFP.
