Request for Proposal 17-04 – Catering for Staff and Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

Closing: Monday July 17, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. local time
The Township of South Algonquin is seeking a Request for Proposal from interested parties for the catering of a buffet style meal for a Staff and Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
The Request for Proposal shall contain a price per person for approximately 90 people including:
- Appetizer
- Salad and/or soup
- Main course
- Dessert including tea and coffee
The dinner will be held at the M&L Complex (26A Major Lake Road, Madawaska ON K0J 2C0) on Friday September 29, 2017.
Request for Proposals clearly marked “Request for Proposal 17-04 – Catering” must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Monday July 17, 2017. Proposals will be received at the Municipal Office located at 7 Third Avenue Whitney ON, or by mail at 7 Third Ave. P.O. Box 217, Whitney ON K0J 2M0 or by email at [email protected].
NOTE:
- Please provide menu suggestions.
- Please inform by which day you will need final confirmed numbers.
- Numbers are estimated, please provide minimum/maximum number of guests that quote will still be valid.
- Prices are to be before tax.
- Venue has plates, cutlery etc. and a full kitchen including a commercial dishwasher.
