Sealed submissions will be received in envelopes clearly marked as to contents by the Town Clerk at her office in the Town Hall, 77 Beckwith Street North, Smiths Falls, Ontario, until Friday, September 11th, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. EST. for this opportunity.
