The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested proponents for the provision of professional consulting services to conduct a rental rate and non-resident fee review for the City’s Parks & Recreation Department to assist in the establishment of annual rates and user fees for programs and services.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., Local Time, Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Proposal documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected]. Proposal documents will be available during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). Language of proposals submissions is English. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. There will not be a public opening.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Monday, August 26, 2019. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
