Request for Proposal for Service Delivery & Modernization Review of the City of Pembroke Operations Department Proposal No. P-20-05

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified proponents to conduct a Service Delivery and Modernization Review of the City of Pembroke Operations Department and provide recommendations. Submission of the final report shall be before September 18, 2020.

The review will include the city’s work management system, fleet tracking and patrol reporting system, etc. The outcome of the review will be a document outlining suggestions for improvement and modernization, and a financial plan showing the implications of implementing the suggestions.

Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Friday, May 15, 2020.

Proposal documents may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposals submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.

All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Friday, May 8, 2020.

The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
