The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of Engineering Design and Contact Administration Services for the Melton Street Watermain Reconstruction. The objective is to replace the watermain on Melton Street from O’Brien Street to Cooper Street (approx. 316m) with the same size watermain as existing and the addition of valves.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Jennifer Eve, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
The request for proposal (RFP) document is available June 01, 2021 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
