The County of Renfrew has issued tender PWC-2019-16 Rehabilitation of County Road 67 (Simpson Pit Road).

Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Department of Public Works & Engineering and placed in sealed envelopes, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2019.

Companies that wish to submit a tender for these contracts must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.

Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and tender form are free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy Specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the Department for a non-refundable fee of fifty ($50) dollars, unless otherwise stated.

A public tender opening will be held immediately following closing time.

Fax submissions or any other electronic submissions are not acceptable. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County reserves the right to award any portion of these tenders.
