Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time. Language of tender submissions is English. Work includes providing all material and labour required for installing sloped concrete haunches in existing clarifier tank, concrete repairs to existing square clarifier equipment, and installation of new elastomeric liner.
Complete tender documents may be obtained from Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 during regular office hours.
A mandatory site meeting will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the site. The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the contract.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
