The general scope of work consists of asphalt removal, granulars, paving, concrete works, structure adjustments, and line painting from Trafalgar Road to Dominion Street, including the reinstatement of residential driveways and landscaping to match into adjoining properties. Anticipated date of construction completion is November 22, 2019.

Tender sets are available for pick-up during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Friday, September 20, 2019. The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within (10) business days of being awarded the Contract. The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA).
