Sealed tenders on the forms supplied, will be received by the undersigned until 1:00 p.m, Local Time on Friday, June 2nd, 2017 for the Reconstruction of Letterkenny Road in Palmer Rapids, Ontario Between County Rd 515 and County Rd 68. Work includes but not limited to surface treating, resurfacing, granular base, and hot mix pavement.
Tender Plans and Documents may be obtained from the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan at 42 Burnt Bridge Rd, Palmer Rapids, ON K0J 2E0, for a fee of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, NON-REFUNDABLE, payable to the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan. The documents are electronically available at no cost from www.biddingo.com for those with an account.
A certified cheque or bid bond, not less than the amount specified in the tender documents, and bonding requirements must accompany each tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond upon execution of the Contract Agreement.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
