The Corporation of the City of Pembroke has issued a tender for the Reconstruction of Dunlop Street, Tender Contract No. T-18-07.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time. Language of tender submissions is English.
The general scope of work consists of partial depth road reconstruction and asphalt paving from Mackay Street to Maple Street, including the reinstatement of residential driveways, as well as landscaping to match into adjoining properties. Anticipated date of construction completion is August 31, 2018.
Complete tender documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected]. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm).
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
The successful Bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the contract.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
