The Town of Renfrew has issued a tender for the Reconstruction of Arnprior Avenue and Ross Street Contract NO. 5-2020.
Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Keray O’Reilly, Treasurer, Town of Renfrew, Ontario, until 2:00pm, local time on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 for the Reconstruction of Arnprior Avenue and Ross Street. Work to include but not limited to paving and grading, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewer improvements, storm headwall, watermain, sanitary and storm sewer and watermain structure adjustments, restorations, line painting, and landscaping.
Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from the Town of Renfrew after 8:30 a.m. on March 23rd, 2020. If you wish to register to submit a tender please email [email protected] with all of your contact information.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
