The County of Renfrew has issued Request for Tender – PWC-2020-12 – Reconstruction of County Road 512 (Foymount Road).
As a precaution, due to COVID-19, the County of Renfrew has made arrangements to facilitate the delivery of sealed tenders.
Sealed tenders for Reconstruction of County Road 512 (Foymount Road), on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Public Works & Engineering, must be received by the County of Renfrew by 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2020.

A bid bond, certified cheque, or bank draft, in favour of and, or payable to the Corporation of the County of Renfrew, in an amount not less than the amount specified in the tender requirements must accompany each tender and the successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and 50% materials and labour payment bond, as specified in the tender documents, upon execution of the contract agreement.
Bidders that wish to submit a tender for this contract must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and tender form are free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the department for a non- refundable fee of one hundred ($100) dollars.
A public tender opening will not be held. A video of the opening will be available upon request. Bidders will be notified of the results by e-mail.
Emailed electronic submissions and faxed submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.
