Lanark County is choosing not to release the names of all bidders and bid amounts. They are only releasing the winning bidder and bid amount.

Quotations, on forms supplied by Lanark County, will be received by the Lanark County Public Works Department, Public Works Building – Business Office, located at 99 Christie Lake Road, Perth, Ontario until 1:30:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, February 27, 2020.
There will be no public opening for the Request for Quotations and no information will be disclosed until a purchase order is issued. Once a purchase order has been issued, the successful bidder’s name and total price bid will be available, upon request. All quotations become the property of Lanark County and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.
