The works include watermain installation by open cut, watermain installation by directional drilling in order to preserve a mature pine tree forest, paving and grading, restoration of schoolyard features, pavement markings and chain link fencing.

The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
