The County of Renfrew is requesting tenders from qualified general contractors for the renovation of program space at Renfrew County Place, 450 O’Brien Road, Renfrew. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a 50% material and labour payment bond upon execution of the required CCDC-2 contract agreement. A 10% bid security is required and can be submitted in the form of bid bond, certified cheque, money order or bank draft.
Companies that wish to submit a tender for this contract must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders from unregistered bidders will not be accepted. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

Proponents are invited to submit appropriate documentation as outlined in the tender documents before 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of this tender.
