Pembroke Regional Hospital is requesting submissions for the pre-qualification of contractors to provide construction services for the renovation of the third floor of the original 1950’s Tower A, with an approximate construction value of $8.5M. Areas include the surgical Inpatient unit, the day surgery unit, the procedures rooms such as endoscopy, cystoscopy and ophthalmology, the medical device reprocessing and displacements on other floors of the hospital. Throughout the project, there will be demolition with abatement required.
