The County of Renfrew is requesting information from qualified general contractors for the renovation of the existing administration building at 9 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario. The phased interior renovation project will introduce new structural steel, plumbing services and associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Exterior improvements including paving, landscaping and civil servicing will also form part of the project.

Proponents are invited to submit appropriate documentation as outlined in the list of requirements before 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 13, 2020. The County of Renfrew reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions.
The County of Renfrew reserves the right to select any or no general contractors for interviews and appointments through this solicitation.
