Sealed quotations, clearly marked as to contents and filled out on forms supplied by the Pembroke Business Improvement Area, will be received by the undersigned before 2 p.m. local time on Friday, September 27, 2019for the following:
- The planting of the Pembroke Business Improvement Area free-standing planters;
- The supply of plants for the permanent Pembroke Business Improvement Area planters; and
- The winter storage of the free-standing planters.
Documents are available from the Pembroke Business Improvement Area office at the address below or an electronic version can be obtained through email request to [email protected]. Faxed submissions are not acceptable.
The Pembroke Business Improvement Area reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
