The City of Pembroke has issued a tender for One (1) New 2019 Two-Wheel Drive Service Truck with Combination Dump Box and Service Body Request for Tender T-19-13.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the City, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time. Language of tender submissions is English. The Request for Tender (RFT) document is available Tuesday, July 02, 2019 free of charge from the address below in a standard paper version or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected].
All questions relating to this RFT will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00p.m. local time on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
