The Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards is inviting bids from qualified and experienced general contractors for the construction of the township’s new Killaloe fire hall and associated works, to be located at the intersection of Highway 60 and Round Lake Road (County Road 58), Killaloe, Ontario.
Sealed bids will be received by the undersigned until 3:00pm, municipal office time, Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards’ municipal office, 1 John Street, Killaloe, Ontario. Tender documents in electronic format may be obtained from the office of the township’s consultant, Greenview Environmental Management Limited upon request via email to [email protected] or telephone 613-332-0057 extension 101, for a pre-paid, non-refundable fee of $100.00.
Hard copy sets of the tender documents are available from the consultant for an additional fee, upon request.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:00am. Interested general contractors must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a qualified bid. The township reserves the right to accept any offer and/or reject all offers, without financial penalty or otherwise, at their sole discretion.
