Closing: Monday, August 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time
The Township of McNab / Braeside is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced General Contractors for the demolition of an existing, and construction of a new 4400 sqft recreation centre and associated site works, to be located at 138 Sarah Street East, in Braeside.
Sealed tenders will be received by the undersigned until:2:00:00 PM local time, Monday, August 28, 2017.

A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM local time, Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the project site, 138 Sarah Street East, Braeside, Ontario.
The Township reserves the right to accept any offer and/or reject all offers, without financial penalty or otherwise, at their sole discretion.
