The Town of Bancroft is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for comprehensive and inclusive professional services for municipal asset management planning in accordance with current legislative requirements and industry standards in the Province of Ontario.
The project is to be developed to assist the town in their annual review of current assets and financial planning processes, including the construction, operation, maintenance, renewal, replacement, and disposal of infrastructure assets in accordance with Ontario Regulation 588/17 – Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure (O.Reg. 588/17) and with due consideration of and accounting for the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure’s (MOI) Building Together – Guide for Municipal Asset Management Plans (MOI, 2012).
