Sealed tenders must be received in sealed envelopes no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, identifying the bidder’s name and clearly marked “Tender for the MILL RUN PARK DEVELOPMENT Project – RFT 21-03” for the construction and maintenance of landscaping and related elements at the Mill Run Park including: grading, pathway, plantings, playground and related work.
Tender packages can be obtained electronically from the recreation and culture office beginning Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Tender opening will be live-streamed on the municipal website immediately following the tender closing at events.mississippimills.ca/council.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the Municipality of Mississippi Mills the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
