Mill Ridge Road and Nieman Drive Rehabilitation Contract No. PW-2020-01

The Township of McNab Braeside has issued a tender Mill Ridge Road and Nieman Drive Rehabilitation Contract No. PW-2020-01.

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to the contents, will be received by Lindsey Lee, CAO/Clerk, Township of McNab Braeside, 2473 Russett Drive, Arnprior, Ontario until 2:00:00 pm, local time on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, for the Mill Ridge Road and Nieman Drive Rehabilitation. The work will generally include in-place processing of the existing surface, areas of full-depth excavation and alignment correction, lane and shoulder widening, supply and placement of granular material and asphalt paving. Work will also consist of drainage improvements together with ditch realignment and replacement of driveway and road crossing culverts, with disturbed areas to be treated with topsoil and seed.

Companies that wish to submit a tender for this contract must register with Joshua P. Smith, P.Eng, (smith.j@ainleygroup.com) at Ainley Graham & Associates. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Electronic PDF files of the contract drawings and specifications are free of charge for registered bidders and will be distributed by Ainley Graham & Associates upon registering.

Hard copies of the documents are not available.

Tenders received after the above time will not be considered. Tenders will only be accepted during regular business hours, Mondays to Fridays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. If the municipal office remains closed to public access, prospective bidders are to call the township’s reception at 613-623-5756 ext. 0, when on-site. A staff member will receive the sealed tender and apply a date and time stamp.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
