Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Lindsey Lee, CAO, Clerk, until 2:00pm, local time, Tuesday August 11th, 2020 for the Mast Road and Archibald Street Rehabilitation project which includes in place pulverization, grading, hot mix paving and shoulders along Mast Road and in place pulverization, localized excavation of roadbase, grading, granular base, hot mix paving, and gabion wall and restoration along Archibald Street.
Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
