The City of Pembroke, on behalf of the consortium of the municipal councils of the City of Pembroke, the Township of Laurentian Valley, and the Town of Petawawa, is requesting proposals from interested proponents to provide Management Services for Festival Hall, 401 Isabella Street, Pembroke, Ontario, for a five-year contract period with an option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Wednesday April 1, 2020.
Proposal documents are available March 6, 2020 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Electronic submissions are not acceptable.
Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
The procurement of service specified in the proposal document is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposals may not necessarily be accepted.
