Sealed proposals, clearly marked as to the contents on forms supplied by the municipality will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, September 26, 2019 for LVADM-2019-03 – Microphones and Sound System for Council Chambers.
Request for proposal documents are available from the municipal office or an electronic version may be obtained via e-mail by request to [email protected]. Fax tender submissions are not accepted. A public bid opening will be held immediately following the closing time.
The Township of Laurentian Valley reserves the right to accept a proposal that is not the lowest bid.
