Livestream Production and Service Requirements – RFP No. P-19-08

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for the provision of live streaming services of council meetings. The contract shall include the necessary equipment required to broadcast live video streaming of council meetings, as well as provide the actual service of live streaming and managing/archiving of the streamed recordings for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of two (2) additional 1-year extensions, beginning January 1, 2020.

Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, local time,  Thursday, October 24, 2019.

Proposal documents are available Thursday, October 3 , 2019, in a standard paper version, and may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca. Proposal documents are available during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). Language of proposal submissions is English. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. There will not be a public opening.

All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 18, 2019.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
