Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services

The City of Pembroke has issued tender T-19-02 for Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services – Pembroke OPP Detachment.

For the provision of Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services at the City’s Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) Detachment, a two-storey building of approximate 16,000 sq. ft. The contract is for a one-year term with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Monday, January 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Pembroke OPP Detachment, 77 International Drive, Pembroke. All questions relating to this RFT will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
