Defence Construction Canada has issued a tender to Install Hydro Meters. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to fabricate and install 161 hydro sub-meter enclosures, complete with sub-meters and configure for manufacturers software to collect future data.
