Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Township, will be received by the undersigned until 3:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 for Hot Mix Paving on Major Lake Road from kilometre 7.5 to 8.0, , geographic Township of Murchison.
Tender forms may be obtained from the office of the Township of South Algonquin, or online here. A certified cheque not less than the amount specified in the Tender requirements must accompany each tender and the successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and 50% materials and labour payment Bond upon execution of the Contract agreement.
A public tender opening will be held immediately following closing time.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted and the Township reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender.
