The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of insurance and risk management services relating to the general insurance program of the City and other public entities that have authorized the City to purchase insurance and provide risk management assistance on their behalf for a three-year period, with the possibility of two additional 1-year extensions, beginning January 1, 2020.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until2:00:59 pm, local time, Monday, November 4, 2019. Proposal documents are available Monday, September 30, 2019, in a standard paper version, and may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to email@example.com.
Proposal documents are available during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). Language of proposal submissions is English. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. There will not be a public opening. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the proposal documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
