The Town of Arnprior is issuing a Request for Tender for Replacement of Four Direct Vent Natural Gas Fire Furnaces and Interior and Exterior Components of Four Air Conditioning Units at the Arnprior Public Library.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., Arnprior Public Library, 21 Madawaska Street, Arnprior, Ontario.
Bidders will be met by a Town of Arnprior representative in the main lobby of the building. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit and have their attendance recorded will be eligible to submit a bid. Only those normally engaged in this type of work, with prior experience and applicable certification/licencing will be eligible to submit a bid.
The Request for Tender documents will be available at the Arnprior Town Hall, 105 Elgin Street West, Arnprior, Ontario beginning February 8, 2017.
Sealed submissions, clearly labeled Town of Arnprior – RFT #PW-2018-04, will be received no later than 11:00:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, February 22, 2017, and must be submitted to the address below.
The Town of Arnprior reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
