A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 26,
Proponents are required to inform the Purchaser of their intent to attend the Mandatory Site Visit at least 24 hours in advance. Please register your intent via email to Peggy Fiebig at [email protected]. Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of the site.
Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2019-15 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
