The Town of Mattawa on March 25, 2020, extended the due date for submission of responses with respect to renovation-retrofit of the former Algonquin Nursing Home to provide affordable senior housing at 231 Tenth Street, Mattawa, Ontario due to the provincially declared emergency, COVID-19.
The Town of Mattawa has revised the submission deadline to Friday, May 29, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. by way of electronic format to the attention of Clerk-Deputy-Treasurer, Francine Desormeau.
The existing building is approximately 30,000 square feet on a single floor and formerly provided 72 long-term care beds and support facilities.
