The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to complete a study involving a desktop review of existing information, regulations and practices to determine the best location for the establishment of a new Tree Disposal Facility for the City of Pembroke. Submission of the final report shall be before November 30, 2020.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until 2:00:59 pm, local time on Thursday, July 16, 2020.
Proposal documents are available June 25, 2020 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submission is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m., local time on Thursday, July 9, 2020. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
