The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested proponents for the provision of engineering design and contract administration services required for the 2019 construction of 800m of trunk
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 pm, Local Time, Thursday, April 25, 2019. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. Proposals will not be opened publicly.

All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.
The procurement of services specified in the proposal documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
