The scope of work includes the relocation and installation of one (1) 20 kW-standby diesel emergency power generator and the supply and installation of an automatic transfer switch, installation of a new concrete mounting pad and associated restoration.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, Local Time, Thursday, January 30, 2020.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 10:00 am local time at the former Fire Station located at 273 Victoria Street, Pembroke, ON.
Complete tender documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected]. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Thursday, January 9, 2020, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm).
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Friday, January 24, 2020.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
