Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Department of Development and Property and placed in sealed envelopes, will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, May 13, 2021 for DP-TRAILS 2021-04 – Quarry Limestone Crusher Dust Application to Algonquin Trail in the Townships of Horton, Admaston Bromley and Whitewater Region.
Companies that wish to submit a tender for these contracts must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and tender form are free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy specifications and tender form may be obtained from the Department for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred ($100) Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
A public tender opening will not be held. A video of the opening will be available upon request. Bidders will be notified of the results by email. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.
