This tender is for the reconstruction of Mill Street (from Almonte Street to Bridge Street – 320m), Little Bridge Street (from Mill Street to Bridge Street – 120m), Brae Street (from Mill Street to High Street – 80m) and High Street (from Brae Street to Bridge Street – 80m) and the High Street parking lot, including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, monolithic concrete curb & sidewalk, storm sewers-services, sanitary sewers-services, water system-services, pedestrian crossings, utilities, concrete repairs, and landscaping.

The successful bidder will be required to file with the Municipality of Mississippi Mills the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
