The Township of Madawaska Valley is accepting tenders for the supply of 1750 Tonnes A gravel Type “Granular A” ¾ stockpile at Yd.# 1 49 Arena Road – 750 Tonnes A gravel stockpile at Yd #2 39844 Combermere Road.
Interested parties can obtain tender documentation packages at the Township Office.
Sealed tender with the words “Supply Crushed Gravel” marked on the envelope will be received at the office of the Operations Manager, 85 Bay Street, Barry’s Bay, ON K0J 1B0 up to 3 p.m. local time on May 31, 2016. Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Council chambers commencing at 3.15 p.m. local time on this day. Public is invited to attend.
Lowest tender or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
