The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Consulting Services for the Moffat Street Slope Stability Study in Pembroke with services to include geotechnical investigation of the affected properties, feasibility study and due diligence services, and recommendations report on feasible options for slope rehabilitation.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Electronic submissions are not acceptable.
Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available Friday, March 29, 2019 free of charge through [email protected]. All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Monday, April 2, 2019.
The procurement of services specified in the proposal documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
