Quotations must be completed on this form for all labour required to complete the work listed below and returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked Attention: Cory Smith, Acting Director of Roads and Public Works, Municipality of Mississippi Mills, 3131 Old Perth Road, RR 2, Box 400, Almonte, ON K0A 1A0, “ 2021-2022 Cleaning Services for Public Works Garages – Request for Quote”.
Considerations will not be given to the quotation if received later than 1:30pm local time on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. The work in this contract shall be completed by a single contractor and shall include all labour and services necessary for the execution and completion, to the municipality’s satisfaction, of the cleaning and housekeeping herein specified
- a) Ramsay Garage – 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte, Ontario and
- b) Pakenham Garage – 175 Five Arches Drive, Pakenham, Ontario.
This contract will be in effect from January 2021 to December 31, 2022 (with possible extension(s) at the discretion of the municipality) and subject to all conditions of the contract being met to the satisfaction of the municipality, who will carry out routine checks.
