Quotations on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Department of Public Works & Engineering will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2020 for the following contracts:
- PWO-2020-13 – Supply and Delivery in Inhibited Calcium Chloride – Various Patrols
- PWO-2020-30 – Shouldering on County Road 13 (Mountain Road) – Cobden Patrol
- PWO-2020-31 – Shouldering on County Road 51 (Petawawa Blvd) – White Water Road Patrol
Companies that wish to submit a tender for these contracts must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
A public tender opening will not be held. A video of the opening will be available upon request. Bidders will be notified of the results by e-mail.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the county reserves the right to award any portion of this tender.
