Asphalt Resurfacing (Hot Mix Paving) of Algonquin Street and Madawaska Street – SA2019-02

Recommended award to Greenwood Paving Pembroke Ltd. in the amount of $82,214.00.

Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Township, will be received by the undersigned until 3:00 p.m. local time on May 31, 2019, for the Asphalt Resurfacing on Algonquin Street and Madawaska Street, in the Township of Airy.

Specifications, tender forms and tender envelopes may be obtained from the office of the Township of South Algonquin. A certified cheque not less than the amount specified in the tender requirements must accompany each tender and the successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and 50% materials and labour payment bond upon execution of the contract agreement.

A public tender opening will be held immediately following closing time. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the township reserves the right to award any portion of this tender.
